Bob is, as usual, correct. This is a marriage certificate, not a census. If you had the certificate in your hands you would see that "Servant" would be under Occupation and "Ofa" would be recorded under "Age" but in full "Of Full Age" i.e. 21 years or over and. as such, not requiring parental consent.

As an addition - this is no guarantee that the person was "of full age". I have a 15yo and a 17yo who were recorded as being "of full age" on the marriage register. Presumably to bypass parental permission (one was an Irish lass in Australia - whose parents, if alive, would have still been in Ireland).

... as to the meaning of "of full age", there have been other threads on this topic -- this is one of them, http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=23080.0 (there are others, but I've forgotten the names) -- with "age of consent" being anything from 12 to ?? , at different times, but as Hack says:
In Victorian times the age of consent shifted several times but the proviso that parental consent was required for marriages under age 21 definitely applied. That is why, as we know, marriage certificates state that the person was "of age" - often that was a lie and in those circumstances one does not find parents as witnesses.
