Hi Tracy - 1st post I see, welcome on board !

So, to track back on his family, you need to find his Birth Index entry and obtain the Certificate, which will reveal his parents names ... that will allow the 1901 census and earlier to be searched.

You dont have access to his Marriage Cert do you - that would show his Father's name and occupation....

Loadsa Fishers in that area in 1901 ....

Would you know his parents' names by any chance, or siblings born either after 1911 or before 1901?

There aren't any Fishers in Little Casterton on the 1901 census unfortunately  Sad

It was worth a try but sorry, I can't identify them.

As Newf said - you'll have to get the birth cert Smiley
