Just in case you are thinking of visiting Beeston Parish Church (St John the Baptist) I thought I would let you know that it closed on 3 Sep 2007 until approx Easter 2008.

I am the chair of the fundraising group to raise £980,000 for the re-ordering of the church. We have decided to modernise the interior of the church along with much needed maintenance work including the roof, drains, heating etc. There is information about the church on the following links.
