hi
    iam looking for Edward hodson born abt 1793 . on the 1841 census there is a record for Edward hedson born in earith huntingdon with his wife Ann but shows his children born thrapston northants, the Edward iam looking for was born in newton bromswold  thrapston but cant find any marriage-death or census record for him in northants was there any hodsons living in earith about 1800.

Not sure what you're asking - a census lookup or whether there were Hodsons in Earith in 1800

If you check the IGI, batch number C168541 for baptisms, for Bluntisham cum Earith you'll find quite a few

PS 1841 didn't show birthplaces??  ??

The Edward Hedson draper living in Thrapston in 1841 appears to be the same Edward Hodson draper 51 born Earith living in Earith in 1851

Edward Hodson head wid 51 or 57 draper Hunts Earith?
Margret Susan?  "   dau u/m 18                       Northants Thrapston
Charles          "   son u/m 13 scholar                            "
Elizabeth       "   dau u/m 9        "                                 "
Henry            "   son u/m 6         "               London Islington?

living at Earith, Hunts

thanks for that, looks like the Edward iam not looking for. hi David given up on edward 1756 looking for his son now Edward 1793 yes another Edward! i must be cursed with this name ha ha, again no record for him.-Wayne
