Looking for Annie and her son William b.1889 in Johnstone. Last known in 1901 living with her parents at Elizatown, Johnstone.She was unmarried at this time.

Hi KAMA,
Annie was born Ann Henderson on the 6th of July 1869 in Tinwald. She was the daughter of John Ferguson and Margaret Scott. They married on the 26th of May 1857 in Dryfesdale, Dumfriesshire. I notice there is a Thomasina Ferguson (born c. 1890) on the 1901 census with the family - could this be another child of Annie?

Hi, we have exactly the same info but not Ferguson. Margaret Scott married John Henderson on this date. Thomasina is the daughter of Annie's sister Mary but lives with the Grandparents. Our problem has been finding any trace after 1901 of annie and William. Thanks for your help

Found Annie, she married John Stoddart in 1916 in Lockerbie. Discovered she was Ann on her birth certificate and things fell into place. she died in 1938 in Edinburgh. she married age 46 so as far as we know didn't have any more children.
Still looking for her son William Henderson.He was born 2/4/1889 Johnstone, Dumfriesshire.Any help on this would be much appreciated.
