can find no way of knowing which of these two are right.
there is also a charles moore who fits birthdate (approx) and birthplace
he is living in hackney,london with wife rebecca he is a shoemaker.

Thanks for all that info, its amazing how you have supplied all the other families concerned, not sure if you know Norwich but all the families....Moore, Pearson, and Francis all lived in the same area over the years, i would say all within 300yds of each other.
