Sue,
You ask for, "died Hartpury" and nobody will be able to find that but "around 1914" could mean +/- 10 say. However, I looked for Alice and Ellen in 1914 and found nothing.
I suggest that if you are in the UK and have a decent sized public library you can get to, there's a good chance that it will have the ONS BMD indices on microfiche in the reference room because they are often needed by the legal profession - at least, they are where I live. My local LDS FHC has the indices on film - the microfiche in public libraries were copied from the LDS films.
You can then do your own search and buy the d-certs to be sure that it was Hartpury where they died.

could your Alice have moved from Gloucester? I couldn't find a death for her there, and it looks like Alf could'nt either,but there is a death for an Alice M Haines aged 18 in 1913,but she died in Bromsgrove.....6c 226

bear with me on this,the above death is for an Alice M Haines,looking for births in Gloucester there is an Ellen born 1893 and Alice Maud 1895 both in Newent,so it could be possible the Bromsgrove Alice M,is your girl....

Sorry NO Haines headstones found. I had a look around the other burials sites local to this church, none found. However it not indicate that they are not buried there as I found quite a lot of empty spaces without a memorial.
Just two question what makes you think they are buried in Hartpury and was any of them married

(Note, the location of this church is at Upleadon)
Arthur Leonard Peasnell, 1905 - 1985
Grace, w, 1905 - 1991
Additional information.
D.O.B. for Arthur is 2nd January 1905
and for Grace, 1 June 1905
