Contacting a member?

How can I contact a member who has not contacted me and whom I have not contacted before. For instance someone told me that a member may be able to help me and all I have is their  login name.

Find the name and click on it. That will allow you to send a personal message.

If you go to "home" and scroll down to the bottom, you will see who's online.

I'm not sure how to get in touch with someone who's not online...

Click on the little green scroll beneath anybody's name.
Delete the name in the "To" box and then click on Find Members.
A little box comes up. Type in the name that you think is the right one and up will come a list of alternatives.
Click on the right one and away you go
