Electoral roll look up please

Afternoon all,
I was wondering if someone may do a look up on the electoral roll please.
The address is 33 Stanley road Tunbridge Wells Kent.
The year i'd like is 1919 please.
If its possible i'd also like to see how long they were at this address before 1919.
