Can anybody help me find the marriage of my ggg grandfather, William Robson to Elizabeth Siviter. Elizabeth's maiden name was Roseby, she married William after she was widowed, her first husband being George Siviter by whom she had two children, James in 1837 in Wallsend and Joseph in 1939 also in Wallsend.
The family were living in Sunderland in 1841 and Elizabeth was widowed between then and 1845.
Hers and William's first child, John (my gg grandfather) was born in 1849 in Bishopwearmouth, Sunderland so I'm presuming that the marriage took place there too.
However I can find no trace on FreeBMD or through the Sunderland Register Office, can anybody help?
William was born about 1822 in Sunderland and Elizabeth about 1813 in Wallsend,
