Hi,

Hoping someone may be able to do a lookup for me at the Weaste Cemetery, trying to locate my GGG Grandparents Edward and Hannah (nee Madden) Crickmore.

Edward died 13 October 1870 and Hannah died 26 April 1882.

Thanks to a lovely lady at the Salford Library who suggested I try the Weaste Cemetery and with her further help I have discovered that there daughter Hannah who died in 1901 is buried there so would love to find out if the parents are there as well, I'm hoping by locating burial records it may just help me with my never ending brick wall on the Crickmore family.

I have contacted the Agecroft Cemetery asking if they could help but not sure if they recieved my email and I'm biting at the bit to find out.

Try http://www.cemsearch.co.uk/weaste/weaste.html for a Cemetery Report on the SURNAME, of all those buried in Weaste.

If you get the report Pm the Grave number and I will get you a photo as I have to go for someone else.

Annie - will get that other one as well - sorry about that things have been happening here, and I forgot all about it.

Hi Nari

Agecroft hold the burial records for Weaste and should help you, but I believe that with many people contacting them they have a delay in replying.

They also charge for information relating to who else is buried in a grave, well at least they do if you go in person  Cry

Thankyou Ken and Debbie, I'm still hoping that Agecroft will get in touch once they get through what I'm sure is a mountain of emails asking for information, thankyou for the link Debbie, I had actually looked into this before but without Paypal access it's a little difficult.
