Have only just seen your posting. Are you still looking up Gt Waltham marriages, Kath? Dear Kath,
Just looked at the Great Waltham marriages. I see what you mean about my surnames being common ones! Talk about tracing my roots. My grandfather must have been related to half the parish. I'll have to work out now which ones, but it looks really promising. One quarter of my family seem to have never set foot outside Great Waltham.
It would have taken me years to find all these without your help.

Hi - I don't know if you can help, but I'm looking for info on Embersons in Essex 1704-1796. If you're still working through the marriages in Great Waltham, could you please check to see if there are any Emberson amongst them?
