can anyone help with this myster supposedly my great grandfther cames from westshire thorugh narrowing it down i have come across references to westhire in wiltshire can any one help me find this area

The only place I've heard of that is similar is Westbury, Wiltshire.  The only other suggestion is West Wiltshire, where you will find Westbury, Westbury Ham, Westbury Laverton, and Warminster. 

If you google Wiltshire, you will find out lots of information about the county.
