« on: Friday 18 July 08 09:41 BST (UK) »

Hi,

My great grand parents Frederick William Barnes & Lillian rose ivy Barnes and my great great grandparents Frederick charles Barnes / Barns & Lillian rose barnes/barns are burried there.

If possible,i need to know when they died and how old they were,i believe each grand parents are burried together and may have lilly or lillian on the grave.

I'm slightly confused.

There is a Frederick William Barmes b 1859 in Wareham but, in 1861 his parents are John and Elizabeth; and, in 1901, his wife is Margaret.

These don't seem to match your names.

I've just found this thread which answers my questions.

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,254413.msg1946316.html#msg1946316

The name I posted earlier seems a bit of a co-incidence.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for looking.yes there was a Barmes family that married into Barnes family in the 1900's.they are not my grandparents, but maybe related in someway.
My great Aunt said there are graves with my grandparents names on in st marys wareham, prehaps they have faded over the years.

Thanks Pete
