www.findmypast.com seems to show Frederick Binstead, 35, wife Frances, 34, sons Stanley, 9 and Percy, 6, and a daughter Freda, 3, emigrating to Canada in 1920 - so Frances died between 1920 and 1932? There's a second entry for Frederick going back to Canada in 1930 aged 44 (by himself this time).
There is still a Percy Binstead living in BC (www.canada411.com) (and a number of other Binsteads).
