This is my Grandmother who was married at Tynemouth Register Office on 31 July 1902 to a Thomas William Cable who was, at that time, serving in the Royal Navy as an Able Seaman. They moved to somewhere in Suffolk where Thomas Cable, so rumour has it, became a Long Shore Fisherman. Whether they had any family I am not sure but, given that Louisa was only 24, it is more than likely. Any information would be gratefully received as I just do not know what to do next.

Hi "Suffolk Sue", Yes I do have M/Cert. My g/Mothers Fathers name was Nathaniel Galley and his rank/profession was listed as Gas Works Labourer. Thomas William Cable's father was called James and he was a seaman in the Merchant Service.
Hope this helps ZuluW.

Dave
Looks like the ages for the children in 1851 are somewhat muddled. Nathaniel probably wasn't born in 1841.
