Thanks Dave.

I have found the family back to "McIntosh Sutherland" c.1798 Lybster, Caithness and his wife Catherine Cormack c.1802 Lybster. I have never located a death on McIntosh and the parish records didn't show parent's names.

Catherine Comrack's death showed her Father as John NcDonald Cormack but the Mother's name was illegible.

Then as happens to so many of us a brick wall. IGI came up blank and Scotland's People I haven't searched for a while but will have another look.
