Simpson family of Roxburghshire

In the 1841 Census there was Thomas Simpson aged 30, Elisabeth Simpson aged 25 and Jane Simpson aged 1. Can anyone give me any information on this family, as to their marriage date and also whether they had another daughter named Catherine?
