Hubert Kenny's Roscommon

Help is now required in any way to trace my family from the Roscommon area. What I know is the following details.

Hubert Kenny b1835 in Roscommon married Bridget Huh??  and had son Thomas b 1861 who was born in Roscommon.

What i would like to know is

1 What was Hubert's wife maiden name and any other details date of birth marrage and death. As both father and son moved to Stockport Cheshire around 1881

Did Thomas have any more brothers and sisters?

2 Any more info on Hubert Kenny will be a great bonus. He Died in Stockport in 1877 age 42 of Typhoid

I remember my mother a Kenny saying that in the 60s the family went to Roscommon and found the Kenny cottage(How true!)

do not have any Thomas born 1861, but do have a couple born 1862
