Looking for Jonathan Hale Ist wife Hannah Nash Married 1827) second wife Lois Ellison no date of marriage. daughter Harriott born about 1834 Sudbury. Harriett came to New Zealand about 1863.  Any help would be apreciated. Brad.

Elizabeth Hale bur. 14th May, 1870, aged 73yrs = Sudbury Cemetery.

Hi Brad

I have checked the Suffolk Marriage Index 1813 -1837 and the only recorded marriage for Jonathan is his first to Hannah NASH.  This would seem to suggest that either he did not marry Lois ELLISON before the birth of Hannah or that they married in Suffolk after 1837 or that they married out of the county of Suffolk.
