1871 & 1891 census look up

I am looking for Henry G Rodgers born 1851 Barton upon Humber( parents William & Anne).
He lived in Barton on the 1851 census.
Also lived in Hull on the 1861 census. He married Ann Eliza Yates in Hull in 1875.Have him living in Hull in 1881 & 1901.
I have found Ann Eliza on the 1891 census but Henry is not living with her.
On the 1881 census his occupation was Fireman board steamer,so he could have been aboard a ship for the 1891 census.
Any info would be a great help.
