Greetings from Toronto, Canada.
I would dearly like to make contact, and share family history notes, with any descendant or researcher of William Edwin KINGTON, who was a grocer and wine merchant in Sunninghill, Berks. William married my cousin, Frances Annie HULL (1852 - >1901).
William Edwin KINGTON had been born in Grittleton?, in the district of Chippenham, Wilts, in 1852; Frances Annie HULL was born in Middlesex, London, about 1852. In 1877 in Croydon, Frances Anna HULL married William Edwin KINGTON. At the 1881 census, William 28 and Frances 28 were living in Avenue House, Beggar’s Bush, Sunninghill, Berks, where William was a grocer; by the 1891 census, William was a grocer and wine merchant, living in the same place with his much larger family; by the 1901 census, William was a grocer, living in Reading, Berks, with Frances and their three daughters. William and Frances had issue:
a. Edward W. Kington, born in Q1 of 1878 in Sunninghill, Berks;
b. George Kington, born in Q3 of 1879 in Sunninghill, Berks;
c. Louisa Kington, born in Q4 of 1880 in Sunninghill, Berks;
d. Edwin Kington, born in Q1 of 1883 in Sunninghill, Berks;
e. Reginald Kington, born in Q3 of 1886 in Sunninghill, Berks;
f. Frances Mary Kington, born in Q4 of 1887 in Sunninghill, Berks;
g. Gertrude Ellen Kington, born in Q2 of 1890 in Sunninghill, Berks.
