Wistaston Parish Record Circa 1827

Hello,

Can anyone help with Look Up of Birth/Christening Record for Charles Stuart Brooke born 1827/28 Wistaston. He was my Great Grand-Parent.
Many Thanks if you can help, I am based in Norfolk so it would be a big help if someone can save me the journey.

    As your probably aware the parish records for Wistaston are not online, I would suggest that you send an email to the Cheshire records office at the address on this link, they are usually quite good with a one of request and will reply promptly.

Thanks for that information, I will send an email. I also see records are held at the MMU Alsager with the Family History Society. I will contact the Cheshire Records Office.

I found the Cheshire Office very helpful Charles Stuart Brooke was christened on 29 May 1827 & Thomas Parkinson Brooke was christened on 4 Apr 1829 both by their father Thomas Brooke who was Rector of Wistaston.
Thomas Brooke married Maria Lowe on the 10th Feb 1818 at Nantwich. The marriage entry describes Thomas Brooke as of the Parish of Lichfield. The research continues is any one out there connected in any way?
