Could someone very kindly look up Emily Jane Clark bn 1862 Odiham, and Elizabeth Martha Clark bn 1863 Odiham. I would like to know their whereabouts in 1881. Their parents,I believe were William and Emily Clark. Any information would be appreciated

Are you aware the 1881 census is free to search at various websites, such as www.familysearch.org and www.ancestry.co.uk?

This looks like Elizabeth, in service at Horton Kirby, Kent:
