Elizabeth CHRISTEY died on 22nd March 1855,Hobart.

Legend suggests she died during childbirth as a result of.

The informant at death was her mother,Isabella JOHNSTON of Port Esperance.

Seeking to learn if child (name unknown) born 17th March 1855 survived and was baptised.

Husband of Elizabeth & father of child was Allen CHRISTEY.

AVRI shows a record of the birth/christening of an unnamed female child born to Elizabeth & Allen 17 March 1855 - Ref 1895.  Can't see a death under Christey

There was also a son George Allen b 13 Aug 1853 Ref 115

Allen appears to have remarried in 1857.  Do you want details of 2nd wife and other children, or do you have them already?

There's a marriage of a Catherine Christy in 1870 age 16 which could be your baby.  She married Thomas Summers 27 April 1870 ref: 505
