do you think i should ask for someone to look for Thomas and Lydia in 1861 in Leicestershire (ie the next door county) as it would seem they didn't stray far away at all ? Or will that have been done by yourselves?

thank you again ricky - yes i realised about Lydia as soon as i'd sent it!!
so George's brother Thomas makes an honest woman of Lydia, giving Hannah a father do you think.
Is Ann Edson with her family on 1841 census? (George's wife) She'll be about a year old (Bingham registered birth).
