Hello there!

Could someone with access to the Alston Registers or a full transcript of them please give me the entire entry for the following baptism:

Robert Bell 24 September 1803 parents John Bell and Hannah Wilson. Please note this is taken from the IGI so it could be a date of birth rather than a baptism.
