Are you very sure your information is correct? I can't see a birth for her but what I do see is

*obviously a mistake
Looks like she's a daughter in law rather than a daughter, don't you think so?
I can't see Benjamin anywhere either!

It does appear to have a lot of errors in this census page - a few doors down , Sarah Jane appears as married ?? same name , same age , same occupation !
James* Thomas is JOHN Thomas
and
Edith - I now think should be EMMA ! as I have info on John Thomas married to Emma Wright 1889 - having a child Sarah A nn !
now that makes sense .. I needed another pair of eyes !
