Hello,

I have been searching for my ancestor Edward Harris born 1843, parents Eliza and William Harris, Lived St Philips and St Jacobs Bristol, cannot find Edward after 1861, cannot find death cert etc.,  can you help,

it would be helpful to see

who he appears with on census (list whole household, with age, occupation details) in 1851 and 1861.
Know when his parents married.

also, which record9s) you have already tried.
did you for example use a complete GRO index, or a partially-transcribed one?

have you checked this death registration?
Edward Harris dec qtr 1861 Clifton vol 6a pg 59

No ages given on index at that time, but it's the correct registration district.
