Hi Judy,

I'm no good with dates either but it does appear to be a recent wedding c. 1960's but as I'm ALWAYS wrong I did a bit of a cleanup as well  Roll Eyes

It looks mid to late 1950's to me ... but can't quite say why !  Something about the mens hair styles ?

Hi Lady Di!! That is a lovely sharp clean-up! Thank you very much. Super  Cheesy Cheesy

Hi Lydart - thank you for your comment too. I think it is more likely to be a 50s than a 60s wedding. I did think it might be even earlier, but really am useless at dating stuff!! I think you are right about the hairstyles - looks like the Brylcreme wasn't spared!!

Thanks to both of you! Judy  Wink

i am not an expert in dating things by no means but my uncle and aunt married in 1955 and the dresses for the bridesmaids are extremely simiilar length and colour wise the only difference is that 'my' bridsemaids had a scooping neck line whereas yours are covered.

Hi,

I think mid 50's would be about right.  It's almost like looking at my parents wedding photo & they married in 1955.  The fern on the bouquet is identical too.
