Can someone help at all?

Emma Rebecca Chaney Weston married Adam Wingham in  1873 in London .  Her father is named as William Chaney Weston (Deceased) Shoemaker

In the 1881, 1891, 1901  census she consistently says she is born in Oxford , Oxfordshire

The only possible birth record I can find is a Emma Rebecca Weston born on 29th October 1849 in Oxfordshire Workhouse. , The mother is named as Hannah Weston and father not named . I can to date find  neither of them in the 1851 , 1861 or 1871 censuses.

I can not find a William Chaney Weston  ...but there is a William Chaney boarding school in Oxford at the time !

Any ideas welcome !

Hannah Weston 15 yrs female servant born in county

in the employ of Elizabeth Carr 30 rys and son Richard aged 9.

there is a John 63 yrs and Mary 61 yrs Weston in workhouse in 1851 but no Ann/Hannah. In 1841 there is a John aged 14 yrs with them.
