Parish Birth Register lookup please

Can anybody help me find the Birth Record of a John Humphriss, born about 1794 in Kings Langley. The name Humphriss has several variations in the spelling, sometimes ending in ys, eys, ies. Thanks

I have checked the BVRI without success and as HALS only sells its holdings on microfilm and not microfiche, it is unlikely that anyone will be able to help you unless they happen to be going there and are happy to check for you.

As you have a good idea of the baptismal year and parish, HALS may be able to help you.  They will undertake simple queries on the following basis.  Queries which take up to 5 minutes are free, and those which take up to half an hour cost £5.
