Teresa,

I've got a CD of Hurst PRs so I double checked for the marriage, but, you're right, it's not there.

I then checked the baptisms for any Fanny/Frances between 1772 -4 and there were only 2:

Jun 10 1773 Fanny Rider d/o George & Elizabeth
Jun 14 1774 Frances Moorer d/o Robert & Hannah

Hoping to discount one of them, I checked the marriages and burials - but no sign of either of them in Hurst.

The good news is that I checked out the IGI for marriages of either and found -

25 Aug 1800 St Mary, London  John Walters & Fanny Rider

The bad news is that the IGI is one of those submitted by an LDS member rather than one actually transcribed from the PRs, so I don't know how much trust you can put in it. Not having any ancestors in London, I've no idea where St Marys is/was - perhaps someone else can help you out there?
