Hi,

Wondering if a different angle in my search for Maria Mason could be finding husband John circa 1828 ish whose father was a George Boyland(in the army)I realise this is a long shot,but would someone consider having a little look around?
Can ther be that many Johns with father George?I am not even sure if he was from Hampshire,just because his bride was from Romsey Hants,Will understand if it is thought to be a wild goose chase.

There is no baptism in Hampshire (in an anglican church) for a John Boyland with a father George.

There is John with a father John (mother Ann) 19 Jan 1825 in Portsea.

There were a number of Boyland marriages in Hampshire, but none for a George.
