Wills at Cambridge for Royston

Hi - I have found 2 wills in the PRO collection for my ancestors James (d1680) & Thomas Fryer (d1647) of Royston,  in them they call themselves of Royston Cambridgeshire,  I am trying to locate wills for other members of this family,  does anyone know wether I should be looking at Cambridge or Hertford Records Offices?  as Royston is now in Hertford.

Hi - I took it as at Huntingdon, but the wording isn't too clear - perhaps a phone call might resolve it?
