Etomite

Having just received my free space I thought I'd read many of these help messages and replies etc. and experiment a bit.
During my browsing I found reference to Etomite which appears to be just what I would like to use so I've downloaded and unzipped it. I also went to http://docs.etomite.com/GetReady.html to read about Etomite and how to install it. I'd seen somewhere that Trystan said the documentation is more difficult than the software and I can vouch for that Using the instructions - which are not as good as they could be - I have been unable to even install Etomite and am begining to wonder if the instructions have kept pace with software updates!
I'd downloaded the .zip file - perhaps that was wrong.
Please can somebody advise?
Regards
Chas

So you've downloaded the zip file on your PC at home I take and unzipped it there?
Snip
Trystan,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, it's unzipped but I cannot install it!
Do I need to set-up download anything else?
I note that your demo says you can set it up - may I ask you to do it please?
I was OK in the days of drawing out analogues with discrete components but I left computers years ago in the days of the Digital PDP series and my only software experience since then is with RTL 2 Q.A. and that ended 20 or so years ago!
Regards
Chas

Chas,
Yikes!
BFY51, AC128, 1/4 Watt Resistors and Mylar capacitors. Heh, them were the days. I can still smell the rosin from the lead solder. Ah.
Ok, I'll have a go at installing it for you if you really have given up. Send me your site details by personal message and a post card , and I'll set it up for you.
Trystan
