1871 census lookup request
« on: Sunday 11 November 07 10:47 GMT (UK) »

Hi,
Can someone find the following boy and his family?I think he was born in 1864 but that was only a guesstimate. In 1881 he gives his place of birth as Marston Moretaine but on the IGI records I can't find him in the Marstons records so  perhaps he was born in a village close by.

William BECK-born c 1864-Marston Moretaine

I think his mother may be called Ann but I'm not sure.

Many thanks,

On FreeBMD there are deaths for Ann Beck born c 1839 and Ada Beck born c1869, Ann died Dec qtr 1869, and Ada Sep Qtr 1870. I noticed that on later censuses William has a daughter Ada. Do you need him in 1891 and 1901?

Hi Tazzie,
thanks for that.
I wonder where George and Ann's son George was born?He says Marston but he's not on the IGI.
