Is anyone else having problems accessing their e-mails?

I use Outlook Express and have a Surfmad address and since Thursday evening I have been unable to send or receive any e-mails.

I'm so frustrated!  Huh

I'M FINALLY BACK ON - STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM, BUT AM VERY RELIEVED!
