ADISHAM PARISH RECORDS
« on: Monday 12 November 07 18:26 GMT (UK) »

I have just broken down my brick-wall of 8 years to be confronted with another. I have learnt patience so not too bothered just yet, but my new line of research is in Wickhambreaux and Adisham, places previously unvisited genealogically by myself
I have parish records for Wickhambreaux but wonder if anyone has access or knows where I can purchase one for ADISHAM.
I am aware they are held at Canterbury Cathedral Archives but cannot get there for some time.
Any suggestions greatly received!

Many Thanks
Suzannah

Hi Suzannah

KFHS has a fiche (#1872) which contains Dover Area Index Pt.II C&B 1640-1755 [incorporating Adisham / Barham / Beakesbourne / Chillenden / Goodnestone / Kingston / Knowlton / Nonnington / Womenswold].

Price £3.70 for members, £4.70 for non-members.

If this is any good to you, see http://www.kfhs.org.uk/mforder1.htm for details of how to order.

Regards, Bill

Hi Suzannah

In case you are still looking, there are now some entries for Adisham on the IGI see http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,283808.0.html for currently known batch numbers.
