Planning a visit to see a grave

Hi everyone,

Hope you can help. I'm off to sunny Liverpool over Christmas and new year to visit my husbands family. Whilst there I hope to find the grave of my grandfathers sister who died age 10. I have her death certificate and the details are as follows.
Florence chapman died 01.03.1920.  At 9 Beech rd Huyton . What I would like is a contact name and department from which ever council office would be able to help me locate the right cemetery and grave. I don't want to turn up on a wild goose chase.
