TROW, Jane Elizabeth,(nee Evans) died 13th August 1864 in Dorrington, Condover

GARDINER Edward, Shropshire, abt 1764

BADGER Anne, Shrewsbury? Shropshire abt 1794

STALEY James, Lydbury North, Shropshire abt 1772

CORNS Margaret, Lydbury North, Shropshire 1769

CORFIELD John, St Chad's Shrewsbury, Shropshire abt 1773

Here are all the John Corfields in the St Chads Records approx 1530/1815ish.

Shropshire: Shrewsbury - St. Chad Parish Registers, Lichfield Diocese

26 Jul 1748 Corfield, John, s. of Thos: & Martha. Born  14 Jul 1748  bap.
17 Jan 1768 Corfield, Sarah, d. of John bur.
07 Apr 1776 Corfield, Elizth:, d. of John & Eleanr: Born  29 Mar 1776  bap.
07 Feb 1779 Corfield, John, s. of John & Eleanor. Born  31 Jan 1779  chr.
07 Jan 1781 Corfield, John, s. of John & Eleanor bur.

I cant help you with Lydbury north its just out of the Diocese of Shropshire, However if you want a look up here in shropshire ( Shrewsbury ), give me a shout.

Thank you very much for that information I will keep it on file.
Ummmm it's interesting that John Corfield's parents,  they are thought to be Thomas Corfield and Elizabeth Powell, married in Bishops Castle in 1759, do not show on your list.  Rather odd too is that (as far as I know now) their first son Benjamin wasn't born until 1771 in Hurdley.
I think there must have been more children before Benjamin as 12 years is a long time without having children in those days.
