Kent Lentern Assizes 15 March 1824

Can anyone please obtain a copy of court record for William Constable charged Kent Assizes 15 March 1824 with stealing. Sentenced to death. Reprieved and sent to Australia.  Stealing occured on 25 day of January 1824. Short extract appeared in Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertiser dated 23 March 1824.
