William Bloy of Wisbech

My great grandfather William Bloy committed suicide in 1938 in Wisbech. He lived at Crooked bank, south brink, wisbech. I know that there was an inquest but I don't live in this area of the country. Does anyone know if coroner's records or local archives for the newspapers in this area are available online?
