Hello There!   Wink

Can anyone help me find these two somewhere in New Zealand?   Huh

Ronald Joseph Spencer and Kathleen Spencer may have travelled to Wellington New Zealand in 1939 sailing from London?


They married in Darlington in 1936 and then disappeared? I was told as a child that some of our family may have gone to New Zealand from England.

Ronald was born Darlington 1908 and Kathleen was born Stockton or Darlington area 1914. They may have stayed in New Zealand and reared a family? I just don't know anything about them.

Can anyone find them anywhere? Did they die in New Zealand?    Huh

Althea I think you have found them for me! I new if I kept at it long enough something would turn up! All I need now is to find some living relatives over in NZ!

It was a long shot, I found these likely two on findmypast passenger lists yesterday.

It may be worth seeing if someone can view the probate, if you don't want to buy it; and get family details or try contacting the undertaker for more details.

I've just emailed the Council and they will get back to me in a couple of days.
I've asked them to tell me the Funeral Director. So I hope at last I can get somewhere.

I had tried looking a cemetery sites before but couldn't get onto Auckland one for some reason?
