Hett family, Amersham

Seeking information on an ancestor who married in Amersham in 1927 and was living in Chesham Bois in the 1930s. His name: Percy William Hett, married to Annie M Living. He was born in 1881, so most likely died in the 40s or 50s. I'm not aware of any children from the marriage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On 1891 census it gives Percy William Hett b 1881 in an Infant Orphan Asylum in Wanstead Essex.
           1901 census
George Waterhouse Head single age 50 b Bridgeford Notts, occ medical practitioner
Percy William Hett Nephew single Age 20  occ clerk b Stockport Cheshire
Amelia Vose Age 50 Servant b Gravesend Kent
All living Willesden Middlesex

Thanks for this helpful information, Sue. Percy was likely placed in an orphanage because of his father's premature death. His uncle George later took him in and I'm hoping there are descendents of Percy to shed more light on George...

              On free bmd found Isaac Hett died age 43 West Ham, wonder if this is Percys father

Annie Bailey age 19 b Kidsgrove Staffs occ servant
