Hi Pam

There is a Walter R amongst the childen of Rosaline and Albert Marks in the 1901 census. Unfortunately no birth place is given for Rosaline.

I cannot find a marriage for a Rose/Rosaline or variants to a Charles Stone.

There is this birth
Births Jun 1914
STONE  Sydney  Brotherton  Willesden  3a 635

Barbara

Edit  In the 1901 census the husband's name is Alfred not Albert - sorry  Embarrassed

Hi Barbara,

Thank you for your help, i am sorry i did not get back to you, i had to rush away as my dad got rushed to hospital, thankfully he is back home now.

Anyway, before rushing off with a 2 hour drive to my parents i did find an entry in the marriage index for a Charles Stone and a Rose Marks/Brotherton in 1901 Q Oct.

I have written down all the information you have given me and have passed the information onto my dad, i just need to await on his answer of what he wants me to do .. Smiley

Again thanks you so much for your help, it is so much appreciated

Hello Pam

So sorry to hear that your father has been in hospital and hope he is now recovering.  It is such a worry when parents are taken ill and live quite a distance away.
Do let me know if you need any more help.
