Looking for information on Alexander Thompson ROSS born Tain, Aberdeenshire. About 1800-1806.
Father: James, Merchant.
Mother: Ann ROSS formerly THOMSON.
Married: Elizabeth GORDON, unsure Australia or Scotland, can't find marriage registration, but would be about 1840.
Deceased 1873 aged 67 in Newcastle, NSW,Australia.

Hi Leanne,

Might this be the marriage ?  Alexander Ross married Elizabeth Gordon at Boharm, Moray on 16 August 1832.
