Does anyone know where this place is to be found. It appears on an ancestors census as --where born.

In a booklet entitled "Welsh Place Names of Breconshire and their meanings" there is an entry for 'Pencae'r-helm (end of the field of the rick) - I don't know if this is of any help. There is a place called 'Erw-helm' in the parish of Llandewi'r Cwm which is near Builth Wells. Oli Viv

Hi, Can you give more details from the census, eg district, town or village, surname, census year etc?

Sorry for my late reply. It is near the Builth area I believe as the trace is in this area. Thankyou for your interest.
