Look up for Oxenham/Kemp marriage

I would be grateful if somebody could help look up records for the marriage of a Albert Oxenham and Florence Kemp around 1918 in Chesterfield area of Derbyshire. First born was Dorothy in 1918 so about this date it is assumed by elderly daughter of this family, now in her 80s and would like to find out more about her father Albert who died when she was 4 about 1926.  She wants to find out where he came from, etc.  Marriage certificate would perhaps start the hunt backwards.
