Found this in 1891:
RG12/3352 Folio 24 Page 7 31 Gincroft Lane, Tottington Higher End, Lancashire
George Davies Head M 23 Stone Quarry Shropshire Ironbridge Alice Davies Wife M 21 Shropshire Broseley
Edited: Have you found him in the 1881? He's got 11 siblings, so I'll transcribe it for you if you need it
Earlier census info can be found here: http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,268269.0.html

1901
RG13/3633 Folio 25 Page 19 105 Rurny Road, Edenfield, Lancashire
George Davies Head M 33 Stone Quarryman Shrops Ironbridge Alice Davies Wife M 31 Shrops Broseley Arthur R Davies Son S 8 Lancs Edenfield Hilda Davies Dau S 6 Lancs Edenfield Fred Davies Son 3 Lancs Edenfield
In both the 1891 and 1901 George's place of birth has been transcribed as TROWBRIDGE!!!! yet the image clearly shows Ironbridge

As you are only asking for a look up in the 1891 and 1901 I'm assuming that you have found George and his parents in the earlier census. If this is the case can you post all the details please. Gives me something to refer to

See my reply #1 - I've added a link to your other thread about this family. It always helps to include all information, makes the searching that little bit easier
You said, apparentley married a Sarah Ann so we can't completely rule out the family that I found until we have confirmed who George actually married.
I'm still looking..............although there doesn't seem to be a George Davies with wife Sarah Ann anywhere
I've found the parents Enoch & Ann with their growing brood in Madeley in the 1891. George isn't with them.

I've just been reading through your other thread, and I see that according to the earlier census George was born in Madeley.............
1891 Found this possibility
RG13/2521 Folio 84 Page 3 2 Sutton Wood, Sutton Maddock
George Davies Head M 35 Brickyard Engine Driver Madeley (Salop) Annie Davies Wife M 38 Dressmaker Horsehay Salop Annie could be Sarah A William J Davies Son S 10 School Coalport Salop Eliza E Davies Dau S 8 School Coalport Salop George E Davies Son S 5 School Madeley Salop Lillian M Davies Dau S 2 Coalport Salop
What do you think?

Hi Lloydy, Sorry you've had to wait for me to reply having (t). These are surposed to be my nans parents and she was born 19O1 Ada Davies and i applyed for her birth certificate at wolverhampton and she was'nt registered there, so i've posted to see, such as yourself and anyone else could come up with.
Please don't think i'm being cheeky but is anything coming up in the 1901 census beside's as i posted for both hoping something would come up but what you've found seems hopeful as well.
Kind Regards Ruby
